2. Use a Professional Format

  • Use your company’s official letterhead for a professional touch.

4. Salutation

5. Opening Paragraph

  • Start with a warm introduction and express your excitement about offering the position.

6. Position Details

  • Clearly state the job title, department, and who the candidate will report to.

7. Employment Terms
